I bought it from a local ebike shop here in Denver that is a Ride1Up retail outlet. Eforce Electric Bikes. Only compliant is i didnt get the Ride1Up beanie or the hex tool set. I've had the Rift for two weeks and I put 160 miles on it. I went to a different bike shop to get a seat post clamp that was not quick release. The owner gave the bike a good looking over. And was impressed with the quality components on the Rift. I did add a higher rising set of handle bars, a softer seat, and an inexpensive suspension seat post. I'm very happy with the bike. I'll give another review after I have ridden 500 to 1000 miles.

Update- Took our first ride and fortunate to live here in Colorado to experience this bike. Bottom line, it is a beast. Right out of the box, easy assembly, and no adjustments before our first ride. Tried all functions and everything worked beautifully. Have read reviews concerning the hesitancy before the PAF kicks in but it is so minor that it is literally a non-issue. Throttle worked beautifully and the PAF is truly amazing. I can see where we will be expanding our exploration from where we left off on our mountain bikes, with the next planned trip to Moab. Motor or tire noise was another non-issue and really never noticed it. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this bike. We are anxious to get back out for another ride and thankfully received a nice December Colorado sunny day to enjoy our first ride.

This looks like a great bike and ordered one during the black friday sale in the month of November ($300 discount btw for about two weeks during black friday). But that’s all i could say about the bike since it’s still shipping. 99% of the reviews on this site have very little to no delays concerning their shipping. I unfortunately am part of the 1%. I ordered the bike on Nov 20. It shipped out the 27th via Alliance Air Freight from Salt Lake City with the destination in California. Please note that for big bikes like this and the revv… the site notes “The Rift is shipped via LTL freight to the to preserve quality and reduce shipping related issues. Shipping during demand surges brought on by understaffing or seasonal influx can experience delays outside of normal estimates. There are times when shipping will take 4-6 days longer than it would have under ordinary circumstances. If you have received a tracking number, but there is no movement on your tracking number, please be patient. Once your package is in the freight carrier's possession, we cannot speed up the movement or delivery. Thank you for your patience!” So patient we shall be as we enter the 16th day of this shipping adventure. I will have a follow up review of the actual bike once i actually get the bike of course.

I’m 70. As a kid I could make a bike dance. Not so much anymore. I live in an urban area and use the Rift for local hops to the market, about 3/4 miles away. I also take it out each morning for a 2-4 mile run over a large recreation center, level, grass playing field. This bike is heavy and the cross bar is a bit awkward to get over given my age. These morning runs are my attempt to get in better shape to ride, get used to the ride characteristics of the bike, and get some mobility exercise. All good. I’m hoping that my riding ability becomes more intuitive. All that said, be ready for the weight of the bike. If, like me, you are older, maybe a lower cross bar model is better. Plenty of power at #I power setting, using mid-gear. Hills flatten right out. Assembly was easy enough with the provided instructions. Rock solid. BTW: When I pull into the market, someone always wants to know about the bike and my experience in riding it. You can just see they want one so they can ditch their car for short rides.

I’ve had the rift for about a month and I am very impressed.it arrived with a damaged front fork (shipping carrier caused). But customer support took care of it right away with no hassles. The bike is stout and heavy duty. I’m a 270lb rider and love the power on the hills. This bike really performs well on gravel roads and hard packed single track trails. Great bike, good price, I will gladly recommend to friends.
We are glad we were able to get you taken care of and your loving the bike now.
My first e-bike. So far so good.
Bike arrived in perfect condition, build was easy. Great power and very comfortable. Cannot go wrong with this bike!
Well built bike and battery charge goes a long way. Fast acceleration and smooth ride at higher speeds. Very efficient eBike…so far happy with the purchase!

The Rift is an absolute blast. I love the fat tires for biking over bumps in the road or uneven surfaces (which describes most Atlanta roads). It’s incredibly powerful. It handles steep hills with no issues. Even when I’m in one, I’m zooming along. It is heavy, so keep that in mind if it might be a problem for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid bike that can handle various surfaces and is a beast (it’s what I named my bike).
